You are not choosing between a new certification and your recertification. These programs are approved for ICF Continuing Coach Education, SHRM Professional Development Credits, ATD APTD and CPTD points, and APA continuing education. You earn both in the same days.
Live virtual classrooms, delivered by an MHS authorized training partner. Dates are published twelve months ahead, so you plan around your renewal deadline instead of ours.

ICF credential holders must earn 40 Continuing Coach Education hours every three years, and at least 24 must be Core Competency.

The EQ-i 2.0 measures how well a person manages emotion. The Pearman measures the gap between their natural pattern and what they actually do. Together they answer the question neither asks alone: is this leader short a skill, or spending themselves working against their own grain? Two certifications, four days, across a two week sequence.
- 31.5 ICF CCE hours: 20.5 Core Competency and 11.0 Resource Development.
- 85% of the requirement: ICF asks for 24 Core Competency hours every three years. This delivers 20.5 of them in four days.
- 29 SHRM PDCs: nearly half the 60 required every three years.

MSCEIT® 2 Practitioner Certification
